Biggby Contest

In November, the middle school art classes had art displayed in our local Biggby coffee shop.  There were representatives for both Baldwin Street and Riley Street Middle Schools on display. The patrons and Baristas voted on their favorites. Check out the work by some of our very talented students.

Welcome Back!!  I hope everyone had a relaxing summer and is ready to get back to being creative!!

Just a couple reminders:

Don't forget to have a pocket folder for Art class (not to be shared with another elective),          wooden pencils, your agenda and (although, it is not required) a sketchbook that has thick blank pages is very useful (- no lines or newsprint please).

You may also want a work-shirt. Art can be messy; you'll want to protect your clothing ~ we do have some work-shirts here in the class room if you don't have one.

I am looking forward to seeing all of you on Tuesday, have a great holiday weekend!
